Unknown Latin document



Here is a document I acquired recently but am unable to read.
It seems to concern the Peithessophian society, but other than that I’m stumped.

I am pretty sure of the first several lines:


Peithessophian Society
Rutgers College
In Nova Caesarea
Instituted in the year of our lord 1825
